Silver alert issued for missing woman, 70

City police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing senior.
Noreen Canard, 70, was last seen in the downtown area at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday. She is 5-2 in height, has short brown hair with blond highlights and wears glasses with a purple frame.
She was last seen wearing a pink jacket with grey fur on the hood, green sweatpants and tall black mukluks. She was driving a silver 2018 Ford Escape, licence plate KYT206.
The Winnipeg Police Service is asking anyone with information regarding Canard’s whereabouts to call the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
The WPS activates a silver alert when a vulnerable senior is reported as missing.
