Winnipeg police report Cherish Beaver is safe and sound.
Police issued a statement Thursday saying the 13-year-old girl had been located. A day previous, police issued a release asking for the public’s help finding her.
Beaver had last been seen by family on Mar. 9 in the West End area of the city, police had said Wednesday.
