More than two weeks after a 50-year-old man was assaulted, Winnipeg police have identified a suspect and are asking for public assistance in locating her.

The victim, who was attacked July 29 on the 600 block of Notre Dame Avenue, is still in hospital receiving treatment for his injuries.

Jolene Kathy Owen, 35, is considered a suspect in the incident, and anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Major Crime Unit at 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.

Police have also obtained images of two other suspects believed to have been involved in the attack, and are also asking for assistance in locating them.
