Hey there, time traveller!

Mayoral hopeful Gord Steeves stood again at the site of the future bus rapid transit route to condemn his rivals’ transit plans as wasteful and counterproductive.
On the eve of the election, he said voters must decide whether they want existing roads fixed or to brand-new bus routes.
It’s at least the second time this campaign Steeves has stood near the Parker Lands on Hurst Way to criticize Wasylycia-Leis’s plan to build the second phase of BRT an Bowman’s plan to complete all six legs in 15 years.
Both options will cost millions the city doesn’t have without a huge tax hike, said Steeves.
“I don’t think that money is going to exist,” he said.
Steeves is running fourth, according to the latest poll, but said he has enjoyed the race and the exchange of policy ideas with very different candidates.
“I didn’t want to run a campaign based on ideas I didn’t believe in,” he said.
