There is a widespread power outage on the University of Manitoba’s Fort Garry campus, with 23 buildings out at 9:30 a.m.
Officials hope to begin restoring power in some locations soon.
It’s Reading Week on campus, with no classes scheduled, and there is still power in University Centre.
