Traffic was blocked downtown during the morning rush hour after a vehicle struck a pedestrian.
Police said the crash took place just after 6:40 a.m. Wednesday. The pedestrian was taken to hospital in stable condition.
Smith Street was closed between York Avenue and Broadway but has since reopened at Broadway, while York was reopened at Donald Street.
