Hey there, time traveller!

Emergency vehicles have now lef the scene after the discovery of a suspicious package at the Delta Winnipeg Hotel around supper time that prompted the closure of some streets downtown and the evacuation of the hotel on St. Mary Avenue.
Winnipeg police said earlier tonight that members of the bomb unit were deploying their robot to “manage the suspicious item in the safest way possible.” Police later said the bomb unit “utilized measures to disrupt the suspicious item.”
A Delta employee said tonight that they were expecting to be allowed to reopen by 9:30 p.m.
Police re-opened the roads at around that time.
