Fire in vacant Selkirk Avenue home

Crews extinguished a fire in a vacant house on Selkirk Avenue on Wednesday night.

Firefighters were sent to the two-storey house in the 300 block of Selkirk at 9:14 p.m. They fought the fire from inside and declared it under control at 9:35 p.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
