Mounties ID Good Samaritan who brought injured man to Thompson hospital

RCMP have identified a person who dropped off a male with severe injuries at Thompson’s hospital last week.
Mounties said Monday they were able to ID the man thanks to tips from the public.
The man was dropped off at about 4 a.m. Thursday. Police said last week they believe the male victim was injured in an assault but do not think the man who dropped him off was involved in the assault.
The victim was in hospital in serious condition, RCMP said Friday.
