Two Ontario boys have been charged after a woman was held at gunpoint in northern Manitoba on Saturday.

Manitoba First Nations Police Service officers were sent to the scene on Opaskwayak Cree Nation at about 4 p.m. and learned two suspects had fled on foot.

An RCMP canine unit was sent in to track the suspects, and two were later arrested. The MFNPS said the suspects had a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and heroin on them.

The boys, both 15, have been charged with forcible confinement, and weapons and drug offences.
