Fire in boarded-up home in Weston

Crews extinguished a fire in a vacant single-storey house in Weston on Tuesday.

Firefighters were sent to the boarded-up home on the 1400 block of Roy Avenue at 1:10 p.m. and declared the fire under control at 1:39 p.m.

No one was inside.
