Teen girls charged with murder, attempted murder

Two teen girls arrested for a slaying in Easterville have since been charged with second-degree murder.

The victim, a 32-year-old woman, was found injured in a home shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday. Another victim found a short distance away, a 35-year-old woman, remained in hospital in stable condition Monday, RCMP said.

The two girls, ages 13 and 14, are also charged with attempted murder.
